We serve the greater Central Maine area, including but not limited to Damariscotta, Wiscasset, Boothbay Harbor, Brunswick, Lewiston, and Augusta. For events outside this radius, please contact us to discuss transportation arrangements and any additional fees. Our private dining services are available within a 45-minute drive of our home base, while catering can be arranged for locations throughout Maine with advance notice.
Absolutely. We have extensive experience preparing meals for guests with various dietary needs including gluten-free, dairy-free, nut allergies, vegetarian, vegan, and low-sodium requirements. When booking, please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions so we can design a menu that safely accommodates your needs without compromising on flavor or presentation.
We recommend booking private dining experiences at least two weeks in advance, and catering events at least three to four weeks ahead. However, we understand that special occasions sometimes arise on short notice, and we will do our best to accommodate last-minute requests when our schedule permits. Contact us directly for urgent inquiries.
For private dining, we require 48 hours notice for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours will be charged 50% of the booking fee. For catering events, we require two weeks notice for a full refund. Cancellations made within two weeks but more than one week before the event will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within one week are non-refundable but may be rescheduled within six months.

Our private dining experiences are fully catered events in your home. We handle everything from menu planning and grocery shopping to meal preparation, plating, and post-meal cleanup. You and your guests simply enjoy the experience. We bring all necessary equipment, serving ware, and linens. All you need to provide is the dining space and any special requests or dietary considerations in advance.
Our private dining experiences are ideal for intimate gatherings of 2 to 12 guests. For larger groups, we recommend our catering services, which can accommodate events of any size. If you're planning a celebration for more than 12 people, we'd be happy to discuss the options available for your specific needs and venue.
Yes, we ask that you provide access to a functional kitchen with standard equipment including a stove, oven, refrigerator, and sink. We bring specialized cooking tools, serving dishes, and linens. If your venue has limited kitchen facilities, please let us know during the booking process so we can plan accordingly and bring any additional equipment that might be needed.

Yes, we offer complimentary tastings for wedding bookings and other large events. For smaller gatherings, we can arrange a tasting by appointment at our location for a nominal fee, which is credited toward your final bill if you proceed with the booking. Tastings allow you to experience our cuisine firsthand and make informed decisions about your menu.
Our catering packages can be customized to include food preparation, service staff, tables and linens, dinnerware, glassware, and cleanup. We also offer coordination services to help with timeline management and event flow. During our consultation, we'll outline exactly what's included in your chosen package and discuss any additional services you may need.
Yes, post-event cleanup is included in our full-service catering packages. Our team will clear dishes, clean the kitchen area used for preparation, and remove all trash. We leave the venue as clean as we found it, allowing you to focus on enjoying your event rather than worrying about the aftermath. Please note that extensive venue cleaning beyond our service area may incur additional charges.
