Zone A: Local (0-15 miles)
Our primary service zone includes Damariscotta, Newcastle, Wiscasset, and Edgecomb. No travel fees apply for private dining and catering within this area.
Included
Zone B: Extended (15-30 miles)
Areas including Boothbay Harbor, Brunswick, and Topsham fall within our extended zone. A nominal travel fee applies for events in this area.
Small Fee
Zone C: Regional (30+ miles)
We serve Augusta, Lewiston, and other regional destinations. Travel fees apply and accommodation arrangements may be necessary for full-day events.

Yes, we occasionally travel beyond our standard zones for larger events or repeat clients. If you're located outside our listed areas, please contact us to discuss options. Additional travel fees and overnight accommodation costs may apply for events requiring significant travel time.
Maine winters can be challenging. We monitor weather conditions closely and will communicate proactively if travel becomes unsafe. In the rare event we cannot reach your location, we will work to reschedule your event at the earliest convenience without penalty. For summer and fall events, weather is rarely an issue for travel.
For locations in Zone C (30+ miles), we may require a minimum catering order value to cover travel time and expenses. This varies based on the type of service and day of the week. Contact us for a specific quote based on your event details and location.
